About Tricorp Cares

Tricorp Group and its employees give back to the community through Tricorp Cares. We have annual events, such as our Charity Golf Tournament and Holiday Toy Drive, as well as need-based community projects and assisting members of our employee family.

Tricorp Cares Events

Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Tricorp Group hosts an annual charity golf tournament each year benefiting selected charity or charities. The tournament includes golfing with hole activities, dinner and a spectacular raffle.  It’s a wonderful day of fun while supporting great causes! Tricorp Cares!

Annual Holiday Toy Drive

Tricorp Group, with its business associates, in partnership with 3Strands Global Foundation (fighting human trafficking and assisting its victims), donated more than 500 toys & gifts. We hosted an event at our office with a Santa’s Winter Wonderland for the kids while their parents shopped from toys donated. The generosity of individuals, companies, and volunteers made 82 parents and 130 children very happy. Tricorp also surprised the parents with a gift card to use on themselves. Tricorp Cares!

Employee Meetings

Tricorp believes in educating and bringing awareness to critical topics to help our employees. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and September is Suicide Prevention Month. Tricorp initiated a Stand Down day for ALL employees on both topics. Employees were provided a guest speaker,  a website page with mental health resources, a QR code on hardhat stickers to access the page, and toolbox topics for both months. Tricorp strives to create a safe & healthy workspace and make mental health a priority. Tricorp Cares!

Rebuilding Together Sacramento

Tricorp Group believes in giving back to the community & encourages employees to make an impact in a way that inspires.  Tricorp selected a home to sponsor in Rebuilding Together’s National Rebuilding Day 2023. The homeowners are an elderly disabled veteran and his wife who have lived in the home for 37 years. The home needed an enormous amount of work to accommodate the loss of his leg, from debris removal, siding repair, extensive electrical work, new kitchen & bathroom flooring, new toilets, walk-in shower installation, cleaning and painting of exterior & interior, plus much more! Tricorp employees and some subcontractors volunteered their time to help assist with updating & repairing the home. Tricorp Cares!
