Tricorp Group takes great pride inspiring young individuals with passion & excitement entering the construction field. From hosting students on our project jobsites to sponsoring a team in the Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF) Nor Cal Design Build Competition. We want to expose and encourage as many students as possible into the construction field.

Tricorp Group employees attended the Women in Construction Week event at the California State Capital. Senator Angelique Ashby presented California Senate Current Resolution (SCR) 29 declaring the week of March 5-11, 2023 as “Women in Construction Week,” which passed by a unanimous vote! Tricorp Group appreciates, empowers, and celebrates our hard-working women employees in addition to supporting all women in the construction field!
