Exterior improvements include stair and handrail replacement, replacement of exterior wood, and complete paint. Interior improvements include cabinets, countertops, appliances, new plumbing fixtures, electrical panels and finishes. Tricorp adhered to strict schedules to minimize tenant displacement.
