The HeartLand Family Wellness Center project included a 3,295 sf addition to the existing 10,854 sf facility along with comprehensive exterior, interior and site improvements. Upgrades included facade enhancements, accessible parking, path of travel improvements, parking lot enhancements, new landscaping, and lighting. Building improvements consisted of new single-ply roofing, new mechanical and air units, exterior lighting, signage, and fire alarm systems. The expanded facility is ready to better serve the community’s growing mental health and wellness needs.
