Interior unit upgrades will include new electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, fixtures, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Exterior improvements will consist of painting, landscaping, fencing, asphalt, striping & signage. Common area improvements comprise repaving of drive aisles, guardrail replacements, a new elevator and updated landscaping.
