AC Marriott Hotel Sacramento will feature an upscale lobby and bar area with underground parking and back of house spaces. The hotel will be an 8-story concrete structure with a basement. The existing on-grade parking was demolished and the walls of the existing basement were shored prior to concrete placement. 3D tapered metal panels applied to the exterior building facade will bring a new look to the neighborhood.
