16 Powerhouse is a 6-story building containing the first mechanical car stackers in Sacramento. The high-end finishes, restaurants and coffee shop are some of the special amenities of this unique building. The building exceeds State Title 24 energy efficiency standards by 56 percent and is LEED Gold certified.
“It really raised the bar on what people have been doing on 16th street,” said Tom Kigar of CADA. “When I walk by there now, it feels like it has been there forever.”
