Eviva Midtown is Sacramento’s first modular residential project at 176,521 square feet, 118 apartments. The building has five stories of rental units atop a concrete podium housing ground-level retail space and one level of subterranean parking. Eviva’s 200 modular units were prefabricated off-site in Boise, Idaho. Each modular unit weighed between 30,000 and 60,000 pounds. It took seven weeks for Tricorp to set the modular units in place.
