ESTIMATING AND VALUE ENGINEERING
We are able to provide accurate estimates throughout the preconstruction phase. We have developed a unique estimating system breaking the costs into both CSI and Systems components. Due to our innovative approach and experience, we are able to quickly pinpoint the exact areas of opportunities for improvement during early stages of design.
This is one of our strongest attributes. Our extensive background gives us the tools to review the project documents and quickly identify constructability issues. We complete our constructability review in a collaborative environment involving our superintendents, project managers and subcontractors. Completing these tasks prevents our clients from facing unforeseen costs.
We identify the proper sequencing and duration of activities by comprehensive review of project documents. We test our schedules with our specialty subcontractors during this process. Tricorp Group, Inc. creates a reliable critical path master schedule which incorporates design, permitting, bidding, submittals, phasing, logistics, long-lead items and owner-supplied FF&E. This schedule is used to manage the project through completion.
Tricorp Group, Inc. has a large database of pre-qualified subcontractors who have completed work with us on a multitude of projects. We are always searching for qualified subcontractors to assure we continue to provide the most competitive pricing available. Our subcontractors are important to us and are a key to providing quality and competitive services.
