Rehabilitation and seismic upgrade of 82 apartment

San Francisco Presidio.  One leasing office, 14 landscape sites.  Site concrete in multiple locations, paved and striped 35 driveways.

Eviva Midtown

Mixed use project with one level of subterranean parking, six stories of residential units and retail space for lease.  The 118 residential units will be precision built and prefabricated off-site, resulting in a high quality, energy efficient, 176,521 sf building completed in less time than typical construction. Tricorp also provided preconstruction services for this project.



Foothill Farms Mutual Housing

Sacramento, CA

Rehabilitation of 98 units of existing apartments totalling 79,560 sf. Unit upgrades include interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, ADA upgrades, and kitchens. Common area improvements comprise community building, site improvements, and replacement of hot water distribution system.
