Rehabilitation of 98 units of existing apartments totalling 79,560 sf. Unit upgrades include interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, ADA upgrades, and kitchens. Common area improvements comprise community building, site improvements, and replacement of hot water distribution system.
