2-story, 18,000 sf Tenant Improvement of the building housing the Marketing and Research & Development offices at a food production facility. Improvements included complex laboratories, a sensory tasting room, office areas, conference room and test kitchen.
This product testing facility in Sacramento is a complete tenant build out, with 10 testing / chemistry labs, a burn room, flammability and smoldering testing capacity. This cutting edge laboratory required sophisticated mechanical, plumbing and life safety systems. A full office suite, library and evidence storage area complete the build out.
Restaurant Depot Renovation
Complete structural and interior renovation of an existing 70,000 s.f. Warehouse building including 7,500 s.f. of freezer and 15,000 s.f. of refrigeration space.
LIG Produce (Phases 1, 2 & 3) Liberty Foods
Structural renovation, complete interior demolition and rebuild of existing 36,000 s.f. processing facility. Phase 3 included a 22,000 sf. expansion for new USDA Inspected food processing facility. The project also included a total of 45,000 s.f. of refrigerated space and 6,000 s.f. of office space.
The new 44,000 s.f. concrete tilt-up warehouse is the distribution hub for the plumbing supplier. The project consisted of 15 acres of site development including underground storm draining retention basin.
